SEEING STUDENT ATHLETES DIFFERENTLY
SPORTS MEDICINE CENTER at CHILDREN'S MERCY
Student athletes might look grown up, but their growth plates are still open and their brains are still developing. Because of this, their injuries need specialized treatment. The Sports Medicine Center at Children's Mercy is one of the best facilities in the area, but because it's a children's hospital, it's not always the first place older kids, parents and coaches think of for care. They asked us to help tell their story and give the center a slightly less kid-like image.
The campaign included print, posters, outdoor and digital banners—including a mobile rich media unit with a virtual tour, interactive map and video.
We also used highly-targeted Facebook ads to get our message in front of area parents and coaches. We wanted them to see that the student athletes we work with everyday range from little kids all the way up to high school and college athletes.
